Senior Project Manager - Technology transformation, TLC, ProcurementLondon/Remote We are actively looking to secure a Senior Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients. The role:Responsible for managing the planning of individual procurements which support Architecture's transformation and/or business roadmaps. The successful candidate will proactively work with teams that span multiple business areas. You will plan, drive and coordinate the procurement activity and demonstrate high levels of ownership and initiative.Implement business and IT Architecture processes and ways of working into executable project plans. Ensure these are adhered to and provide early visibility of any gaps. The PM is required to:Engage with all key Stakeholders across the business and maintain these relationshipsCreate detailed schedules for the procurement activities and track progressEnsure dependencies are identified and managedProvide updates and reports as requested and in the approved format Functional Knowledge:Recognised as a highly competent and pragmatic project manager with a track record of solid deliveryMust be able to deal with a varied audience including SME's and DirectorsAble to operate at pace, quickly developing a good understanding of the problem and outcomesMust be able to respond appropriately and flexiblyExperienced in using a range of project management approaches to drive towards the best outcomesExperienced in operating governance processes in large organisationsMust have excellent attention to detail, finisher-completer skills. Own tasks, actions and plans through to completion Required Skills:Have a good understanding of the procurement lifecycleExtremely strong written and verbal communicator and collaboratorClearly communicate project milestones and deliverables to the wider project teamBe able to articulate risks and issues in a business context so that the full impacts are understoodCan obtain stakeholder support for the planBe able to get stakeholder buy-in to key milestones and delivery datesAble to understand when an issue requires escalation and articulate this clearly through the correct chain of command to obtain resolutionAble to identify sensitive / confidential information and manage it in line with the business' protocols Suitable candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
