BA/PM - Remote - 75k DOE My client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to be part of a fast-growing team responsible for the development of my clients proprietary technology. The team focuses on a range of strategic projects that play a vital role in the development of the products and services which underpin the Company's position in the market.The RoleThis role is varied, please find below some of the main responsibilities to this role:He/she will work closely with developers, being able to discuss questions and issues on a detailed but not necessarily technical and architectural level.Ideally with technical/programmer background and with excellent knowledge of software development cycle and agile methodologies to tailor them to best suit the team and the company.He/she will have ability to specify detailed business requirements by talking to clients as well as stakeholders and translate these requirements into technical specifications.He/she takes on coordination of resources within Technology team as well as working with other departments and clients, to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.Must HavesDemonstrable business analysis skills on greenfield projects as well as system transformationExperience in working with third party software suppliersAbility to communicate well with internal project stakeholders as well as clientsProven experience as an Agile certified practitionerUnderstanding of databases and data query languages (SQL server) highly desirable.Proven experience of software testing principalsCulture & ValuesFlexibleTrustCareLoyalBenefits PackageBase Salary - 75,000.00 per annum DOEBonus based on personal performanceHoliday 27 daysAccess to retailer discount schemeOther Remote Working - BI-Monthly central London for sprint planningWorking Hours - 9am - 5:30pmThis is the brief description of the role, for the full information, simply apply to the role and I will call you to discuss.
