You can be based in London or work from any other UK office as well as work from home. This is an exciting opportunity for a focused and skilled individual to join a Banking institution as a Data Platform Manager. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager and will support the team to manage, improve and utilise their Financial Crime data platforms and the data extracted from within them. Providing the business with key customer data will help them to drive improvement of customer engagement and satisfaction. With internal support you will: Support the strategy and road map for the data platforms that the team supportSupport the design, including architecture, build and implementation of new data platforms as well as upgrades and enhancements to existing platforms. (Large scale data platforms)Support the performance and reliability of the platforms aligned to the team, seeking to improve and drive efficiency whilst maintaining reliabilityProvide business areas with support and advice on the relevant data platforms and appropriate tools and mechanisms to drive future data analytics and enhancements across these platformsBuild and develop strong stakeholder relationships with the functions that the team supportContinually scan the external environment to understand the use and importance of new technologies appropriate to data platforms and data extraction You can be based at any of the UK offices and work flexibly between home and our office. If working remotely you will be provided with all the support and equipment you need to get set up, including a company laptop. ProfileManager, Financial Crime Data Platforms - Banking Requirements: Ideally you would have: Experience in Financial Crime and associated technologiesGood experience using Actimize is essentialExperience / knowledge in delivering Fin Crime projects (CDD, Sanctions & PEP Screening, Transaction Monitoring, FATCA/CRS (Tax) & Internal Fraud)Technical Experience and knowledge in Financial Crime Actimize applications, specifically Transaction Monitoring (SAM) and Screening (Sanctions & PEP - WLF)Certification in cloud tech (AWS, Azure) will be an added benefitAbility to work / cut across full stack (back end, middleware and front-end)Ability to demonstrate organisational leadership skillsAbility to collaborate, to plan, execute and problem solveTeam leadership skillsAbility to influence, negotiate and persuade both internal/ external stakeholders at a senior level.Drives culture that encourages integrity, honesty and mutual respectStrong communication skills Job OfferA basic Salary of up to £67,500 plus car allowanceAnnual bonus and excellent company benefits.The ability to work in one of multiple offices as well as the ability to work from home.
