Firmware Manager - Cambridge - £55,000 - £70,000 paA leading commercial electronics brand are looking for a Firmware Manager to Lead their Embedded Software development team. You will be working on top of the range commercial electronics devices for one of the top 3 brands in their industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the firmware design activitiesManage the whole software lifecycleWork closely with the Head of Electronics to deliver key projectsWork with hardware & project engineers to make sure products work as requiredResearch potential IC’s and SoC’s for new applicationsMentor & train less senior team membersKey Skills/Experience:
Embedded C/C++RTOS & Bare-metal programmingIDE’s (Eclipse)Version Control (Git)ARM Cortex MCU’sNon-Essential Skills/Experience:
