We are looking for ServiceNow Platform Owner to join our Technology Team at the Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS). 

Parliament is currently going through an exciting period of digital transformation to deliver excellent digital services.The Parliamentary Digital Service (PDS) works with the House of Commons, the House of Lords, as well as Parliament staff on their IT and digital needs. We think it's important that everyone can access and understand what's going on in Parliament. Our goal is to bring together the public, Parliament Members, and Parliamentary staff to inform, engage, support, and communicate through one, unified digital core. 

The Role 

As the ServiceNow Platform Owner, you will have the opportunity to build, run and evolve the platform as we introduce and roll-out this new capability to Parliament. You will provide technical subject matter expertise as you build and lead the platform team to help transform the services PDS provides by automating manual processes through the development of digital workflows. 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

To be successful in the role you will have the following skills/experience: 

Significant knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow and the technology, capabilities and tools which sit behind the platform. 

Demonstrable expertise in inclusively leading teams through ambiguous and challenging times whilst maintaining a clear focus on user need. 

Evidence of successfully evolving the ServiceNow platform and delivering a significant return on investment in other organisations.
