This company specialise in the high quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK. They have recently signed a contract worth over £100m to install their services across Southern England. They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are now looking to recruit a Trainee Network Supervisor that they can train and develop.

In this role you will work closely with a fully qualified Network Manager where you will undergo full training and development, and you will receive official accreditations and qualifications. Once trained, you will be field based where you will lead and supervise your own team.

This role would ideally suit a Trainee level candidate who is looking for full training and development, who wants to break into the telecoms industry and progress into a fully qualified Network Supervisor.

The Role:

Full Training provided

Shadowing a fully qualified Network Manager

Field based

£24,000 - £25,000 (Rising to £30,000 after 12mths) + Full Training Provided + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

Must have an attitude to learn and develop

Wants to break into the telecoms and fibre optics industry

Comes from a construction, civils, telecoms or similar background

Must have a driving license
