I'm looking for an Senior Ecom/Trading Exec looking for their next step-up into a Ecom/Digital Manager role!
This is a great business generating over £8M in sales per week across 4 websites & 2 apps! Lots of opportunity for learning and progression… This role will develop and deliver an industry leading digital platform that enables them to innovate and disrupt, delivering outstanding audience engagement and exceptional commercial success. Teamwork will be paramount to your success, you will be confident in building engagement with suppliers and working closely with key stakeholders, internal departments, and external partners. Experience Required:Knowledge & understanding of HTML, email development & design with example of procurement or working with Email Service Providers.Evidence of increased profitability from a previous role, including key KPIs: Conversion, AOV, Acquisition.Balance tactical reactive improvements with a longer-term strategic conversion planEvidence of managing site performance to inform decision and gauge effectiveness and user focused website optimisation and enhancement leading to improved turnover and improved customer experience.Experience of growing customer database through digital marketing, with a focus on quality subscribersExcel in the use of Google Analytics, interpreting reports, segments, dashboards with an ability to dive in to find insightsAbility to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projectsExperience of working with InDesign and Adobe PhotoshopHighly energised, self-motivated digital marketeer, a self-starter who is driven by resultsPractical and process driven, with exceptional understanding of end-to-end processes and systemsImpeccable attention to detail.
