Senior Digital Experience Manager, UX
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand who provides technology based marketing solutions within retail and financial services industry. The Senior Digital Experience Manager role is focussed on discovering user needs and business requirements, working iteratively with stakeholders, users and development teams to create experiences and prototypes that drive value for their clients and our customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
·Develop a deep understanding of client digital experiences to access all available environments for each client to support with reviews, testing, screenshots, videos and demos when needed
·Work with product and solution owners to understand core product experiences and capabilities
·Create pitches and presentations when needed
·Have a strong understanding of the strategy and application of customer feedback and UX/UI/product performance analysis
·Work in partnership with UX/UI designers to create engaging and easy-to-use UX and UI to present to clients, based on product capabilities
·Review and approve user stories created against UX/UI and provide UAT support when new digital experiences are released
·Work with designers to ensure site maps created for all digital experiences to understand and document end-to-end journeys
·Monitor and respond to customer reviews for apps as needed, within client SLAs.
Essential Skills and Experience
·Demonstrable experience creating and managing UX/UI in line with best practices for mobile and web across all platforms.
·Experience of working in agile teams in a commercial environment.
·Working with both clients and internal teams to bring designs to life, balancing technical constraints, business requirements and user needs.
·Facilitation of client workshops in to gather requirements and evolve designs.
·Experience of UX tools to manage workshops and UX/UI designs
·Worked within collaborative, cross-functional teams to deliver multiple, successful projects.
·Client facing experience in an agency environment would be beneficial
·Experience in any of the following fields is beneficial (Loyalty & Rewards, Travel, E-commerce).
·Degree and marketing qualification desirable
·Basic Salary: £55,000 per annum
