This role is created to provide technology leadership in NFV Lifecycle Service Orchestration area for Cloudified telecom services deployed on Sky Telco Cloud platform.

What you'll do:

* Technical Leadership for NFV Lifecycle orchestration for VNF, CNF and PNF workloads underpinning 4G/5G Mobile Data, Mobile and fixed voice services across multiple countries * Play a key role in formulation of NFV strategy and own the NFV roadmap including integration with Telco Cloud IaaS/CaaS layer and CI/CD pipeline * Lead RFP's, TPOC's for differentiating strengths and weaknesses of vendor solutions * Offer TDA support for various NFV Squad's providing technology direction and day to day technical leadership * Author solution designs, RFP artefacts and presentations for senior exec's * Technical engagement with Vendors to understand their roadmap and provide inputs into it based on capabilities required by the Sky Telco Cloud Platform

What you'll bring:

* In-depth Knowledge of either one or more NFV orchestration solutions Open Source based such as OSM or ONAP and COTS Based such as Amdocs NEO, Nokia CBAM/CBND, Ciena Blue planet, Cisco Elastic Services Controller * Strong understanding of YANG/TOSCA, YAML for modelling cloudified telco services * Deep understanding of ETSI MANO standards, OpenStack, K8S, and CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, Gitlab or Concourse * Working experience with Scripting languages (Python/Ansible) to automate from Instantiation to Service Ready Network Functions (VNF/CNF/PNF) on Open Stack and K8S Platform * Understanding of Kafka, API Gateway, persistence technologies, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus and Zabbix are desirable * Understanding of Kafka, gRPC, model driven telemetry, persistence technologies is desirable
