New Product Quality Engineer (Electrical/Lighting)Northampton6 - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (potential to turn permanent)8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to FridayCirca £35,000 pro rota, Inside IR35 Are you a Quality Engineer with experience in new product pipeline, looking to join a well-established company on a fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent? The companies innovative, unique products have an excellent reputation are known for providing an excellent service. Due to continued success they are looking for a Product Quality Engineer. The aim of the role is to support with the delivery of new product pipeline. Some duties will include, the evaluation of compliance of new products, coordinate the performance testing of new products and supplier audits.This role would suit someone with a good knowledge technical knowledge of lighting/electrical, wiring and/or electronics. Knowledge of low voltage directive (LVD) and or BS EN 60598 standards would be highly advantageous.
