A really exciting opportunity for an IT Support Professional based in Fife, Scotland to join a rapidly and constantly expanding business in a sought after and opportunistic industry.

This company are very well known for their services and for what they do in the environmental industry. Having bases and sites across the UK they are now looking for an IT Support professional to support their users on IT applications and usage.

In this role you will work alongside colleagues and act as IT Support as you aim to develop and better the company on their technical front, using fault finding skills and empathetic communication standards to explain issues to users of all IT backgrounds and levels.

The ideal candidate will be a confident IT Support professional with knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 and be able to communicate effectively with users on issues and problems that may occur.
