Customer Complaints Technical Officer

£23,000 per annum


We are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Customer Complaints Technical Officer based in Paisley.

·        Administer Customer Complaints database ensuring all appropriate complaints are recorded
·        Allocate corrective action instruction to appropriate manager
·        Perform testing on products to ascertain cause of failure
·        Communicate with customer advising the reasons for failure
·        Update and administer customer credits in a timely manner
·        Work closely with Technical and Operations to ensure prompt communication of any corrective actions
·        Lead complaints meeting ensuring accurate feedback from complaints owners is recorded
·        Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders ensuring quality and customer service is always kept in focus

Company client operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
