Senior IT Support TechnicianNantwich
Up to £30,000
Due to further growth of the business, we are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join an industry leading IT function. Along with reporting into, and having the full support of, the IT Manager, the successful person will be responsible for playing a crucial role in keeping IT services running smoothly across the organization.
Role:
Fix hardware, software and networking issues according to specification.Maintain and administer IT policies and processes Help to provide user training to new and existing staff Respond to general IT requests such as setting up workstations.Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Essential Experience / Skills:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar positionExperience of supporting and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCPExperience of supporting & maintaining Microsoft Server / Desktop Operating SystemsAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical usersSupporting & maintain Server / Desktop / Laptop HardwareDesirable: firewall & filtering solutions
