I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Wiltshire who is a specialist in advanced technologies for the low carbon vehicle market and is looking for a Principal Power Electronics Engineer at an Architect level. The Principal Power Electronics Engineer will be responsible for the design and test of next-generation SiC Power Supplies and Inverters in excess of 5KW and also to develop advanced motor control systems. The role will also include but is not limited to:Design of test methods for solution viabilityDrafting of technical proposalsDesign of SMPS’s and component topologiesTo be considered for this Principal Power Electronics Engineer vacancy, you will need a degree in electronics or electrical engineering and a proven background in the following.
