The business has the vision to transform broadband connectivity speeds across the North West of England. They are a family founded Principal Contractor that works closely with one of the industries biggest names. Their culture is people centered around loyalty to their staff and clients which has been at the cornerstone of their success.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial or Contracts Manager position and has experience working with NEC3 contracts. You will have experience building ana dmanaging exisitng and potential suppliers. Negotiating contracts and commericals with extenral stakeholders and carrying out audits to assess commercial performance.

The Role:

*Engagement with existing and potential suppliers / build partners to ensure we choose the right partners for the business

*Supporting internal stakeholders in formalizing initial procurement requirements for new projects

*Be the point of contact and stakeholder manager for the likes of suppliers and clients

*Evaluating current suppliers and providing feedback to internal stakeholders

The Person:

*Previous experience within a similar role such as Quantity Surveyor, Commercial or Contracts Manager

*Worked in a similar environment, ideally FTTP/FTTH

*Can commute to Manchester Office

*Full Driving License
