They have an established team of software developers, technologists and experts which has built their excellent reputation in the industry.Client DetailsWe are seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join the team, who will serve as a primary provider of IT support to users throughout their global enterprise. The company work with Windows Server, MS Exchange, Linux, networking technologies, and telecommunications. The successful candidate will have a strong interest and background in PC Hardware, desktop operating systems, and network functionality.DescriptionSenior IT Support Analyst, London will be responsible for:Initial point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance for variety of systems in a Windows and Linux environmentTroubleshooting technology issues related to desktops, laptops and peripherals, as well as operating systems, application software and mobilityDiligently documenting all required information in ticket tracking systemFamiliar with the use of Google cloud and AWSDeveloping, maintaining and improving custom scripts and automations written primarily in, but not limited to, PowerShell and PythonProfileSenior IT Support Analyst, London will ideally have: Bachelor's degree in a computer engineering, or related technical field and 3-5+ years of relevant technical support experienceProficiency with troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Windows and Office platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP Experience in resolving problems pertaining to various mobility aspects including remote connectivity, RSA, VPN, Citrix environments, and mobile devicesExpertise in diagnosing issues with video and audio collaboration technologies such as Slack, Google Meet and Skype for BusinessJob OfferSenior IT Support Analyst, London will be offered:Comprehensive benefits package25 days holidayBupa HealthcareUp to £3000 in bike schemeStanding desks
