We are currently looking for and experienced Zendesk Technology Consultant to join the Business Services team and deliver functional tool strategies which support end client business processes as well as the company's global delivery centers. Duties/requirements:

*Make recommendations and solutions to improve end client's experience and delivery center outcomes

*Strong client facing skills and a good listener. Ability to push a point/right solution to different stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)

*Maintain product expertise across the Zendesk product line

*Guide and educate clients as they configure their Zendesk instance

*Provide business consultation for clients, capturing the business problems being solved for and assist in configuring their Zendesk instance based on their unique needs

*Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications, software architectures, and web technologies

*Project delivery for application discovery service both agent and agentless. Provide application modeling

*Excellent verbal and written communications skills; excellent presentation and facilitation skills

*Possess the ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients on the options they have

*Comfortable facilitating group discussions and leading client strategy and design activities; able to translate client needs and opportunities into architecture specifications that can be referred to by the analyst, development and migration teams;

*Should have experience as POC for customer interaction process.

This role will be remote, however, if needed to be present on site in the future, the office is based in central London.
