Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the construction sector ? Do you wish to join a company who specialize in civils and groundworks projects to a varied client base?

Established over 40 years, this company are specialists within their sector and are renowned for excellent results. They work on some of the most high profile projects in the South West and have had a strong year despite the pandemic. Due to winning further contracts they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team driving on time and safe results.

In this role, you will be working within a tightknit team with a mixed workload including site visits and office duties. Day by day you can expect to managing procurement for your allocated projects, review materials and subcontractors tenders, prepare tenders for clients whilst reporting to the managing surveyor with opportunity to shadow and continue in developing your skills. Ideally, you'll have experience in working on site with site tickets and want to step into a senior Quantity Surveyors position as your career progresses.

The Role:Quantity Surveyor.Manage allocated projects including site and office work.Ensure projects are in line with budgets producing reports.Procurement and buying duties.

The Person:Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor.Experience in QS role/relevant degree.Full UK licence.
