Skills:A proven experience of 3-5 years in the domain of CX as a lead consultant :Expertise with multiple end-to-end SAP Service Cloud (C4C) implementationsExpertise with SAP Service Cloud (C4C), Key User Tool and UI Concepts, Data Workbench Being able to support SAP Service Cloud (C4C)-implementation CX architecture with customizations, extensions, and partner ecosystem applications: e.g. CTI, Social listening-toolBased on business requirements, the capacity to create a solution design (technical blueprint)The capacity to do fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to service areasOutstanding communications skills to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and being able to gain the trust as a key advisorExperience with CRM technologies/alternative Service-solutions taking into consideration a good functional knowledge of Service processesAbility to lead test cycles and facilitate knowledge sharing with business users on C4C applicationExpertise with Scrum / Agile My client is looking to fill this position ASAP, so if you feel you have the relevant skills for this role, please send your CV to [email protected], or call (+31 20 241 8520).
