Business Analyst - Business Solutions Designer - Agile BAWe have an excellent opportunity available for an Agile Business Analyst/ Business Solution Designer to join our client on their digital transformation journey for 12 months initially (Fixed term contract)Our client is based in Liverpool but offers offer hybrid working which allows people to work from home throughout the UK. Visits to Head Office will be necessary for collaborative meetings and workshops but these are the exception not the rule.This role requires someone with a strong Business Analysis experience ideally gained in an Agile delivery environment.You'll work as part of a project team with responsibility for undertaking in-depth analysis and capturing business needs to identify products and services that provide business solutions to complex problems within a diverse portfolio of change with many interesting projects.These project teams are structured in Agile Squads which have nurtured a team culture with a focus and determination to deliver. This means people do what it takes to get successful outcomes for business and customers and we're looking for people with the same attitude.The Business Solutions Designers occasionally help out with other capabilities like project management, training, testing and/or agile delivery which has improved delivery performance and pace of change. If you have experience /exposure to any of these, brilliant! If you haven't and would like to gain this experience, we're equally interested in hearing from you.Additional experience in Telecare solutions, Finance/Purchasing Projects, Salesforce or Operating Model integration activities would be a bonus but not essential.Want to know more?
