Established, family run, market leader, online retail seller based in Harlow is looking to recruit an IT Support Technician. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, assisting employees with IT-related problems, Windows & MAC support, network support and printer support.

Skills / Environment - Not all are Essential: IT Support Experience, Office365 administration, Exchange, Windows server 2012-2016, Windows 7-10, MacOSX, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SAN technologies, VMWare, Active Directory, VoIP telephony

As the successful IT Support Technician, you will be serving as the first point of contact for IT support and responding to incidents and requests logged in the company Helpdesk System. You should have the ability to prioritise incidents and requests and assigning to other team members if required.

We are looking for an IT Support Technician, who is driven, has a positive and enthusiastic outlook and be a good team player.

This role is Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with some Weekend/ Bank Holidays and flexible working hours are required during peak periods. There is also an Out of Hours on call Rota, so it is essential you have your own transport and can reach the offices within 40 minutes.

Salary: up to 28K
