Senior Packaging Designer - Food - 3 months The location of the role is London (hybrid remote working).The pay rate on offer is £325 - £350 per day.The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer. SummaryWe are a dynamic studio responsible for creating all the design and photography for the business' food packaging. We are looking for a Designer to play a key role in creating and developing outstanding forward thinking packaging design. This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a highly creative, fast paced, supportive environment. Key responsibilitiesEnd to end packaging design process: Design concepts, development, briefing of external resource (photography/illustrator/copywriting), through to production.Building strong relationships with our key stakeholders.Working to key deadlines and priortising work set out via the workplan.Liaising with internal stakeholders and collaborating effectively with designers and design planners.Managing other stakeholders such as our artwork house (Schawk).Key skills and experienceSignificant Food / Drink packaging design experience - projects vary across Beer, Wine & Spirits, Groceries, Gifting, FrozenExpert knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator & Photoshop) grounded in a thorough knowledge of print techniques.A highly creative, showstopping packaging portfolio full of creative ideas. Branding experience would be a benefit.You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for design & trends and an ability to think outside the box.Good multitasker with meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills.You're confident, articulate and an engaging presenter. You care about how your ideas are communicated

and the standard to which they're presented.You have a proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with the design team and the wider business.A positive can-do, happy, hands-on attitude.
