TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - STARTING ASAP - FULLY REMOTE - 3 MONTHS - £140 PER DAY Our client is looking for a technical support contractor to help with 1st /2nd line support help desk issues / tasks.For this role the client is looking for a IT Technical Support technician who has experience in Microsoft products and can help with ticketing, internet connectivity issues, password reset, issue diagnosis and other general IT help desk tasks for multiple clients.Essential Skills / Experience needed for this role:Microsoft Office 365 productsHelp Desk Ticketing Experience - 2 - 3 Year's ExperienceExperience helping with tickets, password resets, connectivity, Issue diagnosis - 1st / 2nd line support tasksDesirable Skills / Experience (not essential):SharepointActive DirectoryMicrosoft TEAMS
