For our client we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors - Performance Management Consultant.The project is located in Brussels, Belgium and for the duration of 12 months!Job requirements are as follow:Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals mgmt ModuleParticipated in two full life-cycle implementations of Successfactors PMGM module - from planning through configurations to go-life;Must proficient in delivering enterprise scale solutions in Success Factors project, starting from requirement gathering, UAT, Deployment, Training and Support;Experience in Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint;Experience in configuring the SAP/SuccessFactors PMGM system.Skills & Qualifications2-5 years of SAP SF and Goals MGMT module experience;Good spoken and written communication skills in English language (Dutch/French is a plus);Be located in Belgium;Available for a 12 month contract;Great team player;You have a high level of commitment;Capable of working under pressure and meeting all deadlines;Enjoys working in global support environment.
