We have an excellent opportunity available for an Application Support Team Lead to join our client on their digital transformation journey as they embark on their DevOps movement.

This role requires someone with a passionate technical leadership style, in-depth knowledge of application support and maintenance activities, including working to agreed SLAs, managing risk and maintaining a high level of service and availability.
You will be responsible for the support, maintenance and management of a set of applications, including availability, performance & resilience, and the transition of some of these into cloud, meeting business needs and adhering to all required standards and controls.
You will lead the Applications Support team that provides seamless integration, governance and control of 2nd & 3rd line application and software support and maintenance services, fully integrated with any 1st line support and IT Service Desk capability, meeting business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
