Provide strategy and direction for key areas of the business. Working with all business units to collaborate and agree on standard patterns of working that ensure business assets and intellectual property whilst simultaneously not prohibiting users from completing their day-to-day duties. Managing the actions and outcomes of IT security tools and suites. A fantastic opportunity for an aspiring security manager to steer and develop a worldwide strategy for a rapidly expanding business.Responsibilities:Working with the business and 3rd parties to ensure Information SecurityDeveloping and agreeing policy (IT, GDPR, Business practice)Manging toolsets to produce reports and actions for IT and business unitsProvide direction for Business and IT security servicesProfileKey Skills & Experience:Information Security, technology or risk backgroundDocument controls and managing updatesThird party supply chain assuranceUnderstand cyber threats, attacks, techniques and mitigationAbility to understand the balance between business requirements, priorities, IT service delivery and information security.Previously managed information security and riskUnderstanding of GDPR and policyInformation Security/Compliance methodologiesEnthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker and logical problem solverShould possess good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending upon the emergency situationsProven ability to ensure all Security components have the appropriate management and operational tools, procedures and documentation required for their successful operationStrong communicator who can effectively translate security risks to internal business unitsJob OfferSalary:£55,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus (£10k)
