You don't need experience of software development, the role is focused on delivery of software to address business need. We care about your health & wellbeing, with a deliberate emphasis on keeping you energised and connected, as a thriving team of motivated people.Key duties:Project / Programme ManagementCustomer engagement for key customer programmes & deliveries Interface with customer Project / Programme Managers for hublsoft deliveriesProvide customer governance oversight of all hublsoft rollouts and implementations, including status & value of platform usage & capabilitySenior customer stakeholder engagement across multiple levelsMI & reporting and communications for multiple stakeholder levels, both customers & internalRisks & Issues - oversee risk and issue management & ensure mitigations are in place and resolved through negotiated agreement.Own the outcomes for delivery and drive multiple programme plans simultaneouslyPortfolio Delivery management across multiple customer deliveries & internal teams, ensuring an ethos of customer excellence and continuous improvement Take responsibilities for the management and delivery of all programmes and projects across the hublsoft lifecycleWork with Customer Success and BI Leads and teams to support successful deliveryWork with Customer Success Leads to understand and communicate customer Value Messaging using the hublsoft platformWork alongside the Delivery teams to ensure projects are controlled and delivery changes are available to agreed timescales.Manage internal governance meetingsOther ResponsibilitiesKey point of contact for specific key customersActive role in the Delivery Leadership teamRegular interactions with CEO, CFO, CTO, Business Development Manager and People PartnerImmerse yourself in our hublsoft platform to understand how to achieve and actively drive a customised experience for our customers, in collaboration with Customer SuccessBusiness Line Delivery revenue and budget managementInterface with internal technical teams to fuel the development roadmap, ensure customer feedback, bugs & features are delivered to support user valueAbout you:Key Skills & ExperienceExperienced Project / Programme Manager; confident owning and delivering project & programme outcomes with multiple stakeholdersPrevious experience of successful project control and delivery supporting, cross-discipline teams, using defined PM methodsExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive outcome driven relationshipsCredible and influential at senior executive level, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing organisationAbility to ensure multiple delivery workstreams through others to milestonesExperience analysing and optimising project delivery processesCompetencies & BehavioursCustomer-centricTenacityAccountabilityQualityCollaborativeLeadershipCandidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Project Manager, Programme Manager, IT Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Service Provision, IT Programme Coordinator, IT Project Controller, Technical Project Lead, Service Delivery, Software Project Manager may also be considered for this role.
