Due to company client recent rapid expansion, company is seeking a senior resourcer that can support a consultant with the resourcing and administrative duties of their very busy desk.
The successful candidate will be working within the industrial recruitment field.
Experience of recruiting for or working within this field is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided courtesy of our small but very knowledgeable team. A tenacity and strong work ethic are the main requirements of this role.
Armed with the skills and knowledge that company provide you with you will be tasked with creating strong working relationships with our clients’ management teams to create the trust in you that they already have in our existing consultant. This is key because you will become another face of our business to them, to aid them when the consultant they are used to dealing with is otherwise engaged growing business elsewhere.
Main responsibilities:
· Resourcing candidates Via Job boards and social media
· Creating and managing job adverts across a multitude of job boards.
· Communicating with perspective candidates via telephone or email.
· Ensuring compliance is always kept in accordance with the latest government ‘right to work’ guidelines.
· Managing a large agency workforce (dealing with pay queries, holiday requests and general day-to-day operation).

· Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Attention to detail.
· Good communication skills
· Flexible approach to work
