Big things are happening at Riverside and we want some truly outstanding people to join us on the next phase of our Digital Business journey. We've created exciting new roles to build on our programmes to drive customer benefit through our Salesforce digital presence and our growing colleague capability through Oracle HCM and Microsoft 365. And as well as our strong focus on data with our enterprise Snowflake data warehouse, we're focused on moving our maturing cyber security posture with our SIEM partner to the next level of certification. We're focused on rationalising our technology, securely and sustainably, as we continue to move to Cloud services, looking to consolidate our position with leading Microsoft enterprise cloud services, remote device management and an empowered DevOps approach. We operate smart working here at Riverside which focuses on outcome rather than location, so we're flexible on where our colleagues are based. So if you want to be part of our digital transformation, you could make a difference, wherever you're based. The difference you'll make As the role holder you will take responsibility, have a passion for technology, see technical debt as your nemesis and be capable of self-improvement along the way. You will need to demonstrate a willingness to think outside the box on collaboration and problem solving. Part of the role involves understanding and discovering security vulnerabilities and aspiring to be the "Trusted Advisor." You will need the ability to identify, provide and validate security requirements of the Microsoft 365 solutions, and do this in a consulting environment. The role involves being a skilled communicator who can effectively articulate cyber security risks to technical and non-technical audiences. So, who are you? We're looking for someone with knowledge of information security standards (ISO, NIST, PCI, GDPR, etc.), who is also proficient in operating systems, web technologies and firewalls. You will need strong technical skills to design and implement O365 Security services. Alongside this, you will need hands on experience in various areas including hybrid environments, Authentication Methods, 0365 Threat Protection, amongst other items. For more information, please see the job description. Although not essential, a certification in Microsoft and/or competing Cloud Technologies would be an advantage. Enjoy the rewards This is a job that offers true satisfaction with the chance to help those who can't afford a house of their own.  You'll find Riverside to be an organisation that is focused on being an employer of choice where people thrive and your voice is truly heard. Working with us, you'll enjoy competitive pay, a wide range of benefits, flexible working, employee offers, and the chance to learn valuable new skills. We empower our people to do great work by investing in learning, personal development and technology. If you're the kind of person that wants to do a really great job and make a difference to our customers, we think you'll love it here. Sound like a challenge you'd like to take on? Then get in touch and let's talk about how you can help us transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods.
We encourage applicants from all sections of the community so that we can truly reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work. Please Note: Riverside are putting in measures to protect candidates and our colleagues from Covid-19. Whilst we are still continuing to recruit for this position and other roles in the organisation we will be implementing virtual interviews. Closing date: 27th August
