This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

The difference you'll make

As the role holder, you will be responsible for analysing complex business problems and designing new solutions, products and services to support the Riverside Change Portfolio. 

The role requires managing the delivery of small to medium change and training people in the solutions you have designed and tested before they are adopted by the business.

You will need to work as part of an agile squad / project team with responsibility for undertaking in-depth analysis and capturing business needs to identify products and services that provide business solutions to complex problems.

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone who has experience of capturing business requirements within a complex, multi-site organisation. You will need strong knowledge of industry standard tools and design thinking.

A team player, you will need understanding of Agile principles and Waterfall methodologies. You will also need the ability to provide leadership both within the project team and across the capability. An ability and willingness to learn new skills is paramount.
