Procurement Administrator (Indirect Buyer)

Meggitt, Coventry

2-3 month contract (with likely extension to permanent)

£15 per hour

About the role:

My client are currently sourcing a Procurement Administrator to join their team at their Ansty Park site in Coventry. The role will involve a variety of administrative responsibilities, and will ideally suit a candidate coming from a junior buyer/SAP Administrator background. They are looking for someone to fill in a gap within the business after a recent departure, and they are incredibly keen to consider making the role permanent for the right candidate.

Role responsibilities:Raising Purchase ordersRaising and maintaining framework agreementsDealing with workflow queries with invoices that have incorrect pricingSetting up new suppliersDealing with exception Payments / Down paymentsEngaging with suppliersEngaging with Meggitt business operations and finance

You will need:Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (predominantly Word and Excel)Computer literateGreat written skillsHardworking and dedicated mindset
