When some of the biggest brands out there trust us to build, run and manage their digital estates we can't get it wrong. As part of our rapid growth plan we are adding a dedicated Client Services Manager to exclusively manage Service & Systems. This means ensuring contractual agreements, deliverables, and SLAs are being achieved.

If you have experience in a technology managed services or agency setting we'd love to hear from you. An ITIL and/or Project Management qualification would be desirable

£45,000 - £55,000

Next up on our hiring road map is for a talented Client Services & SLA Manager to manage our Service & Systems team.

Your remit will be to develop positive, professional relationships with our clients ensuring their contractual agreements, and their deliverables are achieved. You will also ensure that client solutions are well-maintained, supported, and hosted such that clients are delighted with our work, which will ultimately enable us to retain and grow activity with our clients.

About You:

Professional Skills/Abilities.

+ Proven experience in managing multiple projects
+ Proven experience leading and managing project and/or key account teams
+ Excellent project management and cost management skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Able to excel in high-pressure situations
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education/Qualifications.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
+ Experience in marketing, project management or in a similar role
+ An ITIL and/or Project Management qualification would be desirable
