Supply Chain ManagerROLE To manage the supply chain in every possible area, ranging from processing and tracking transactions to planning, scheduling and managing, enabling a truly integrated, visible and efficient supply chain that benefits from collaboration from all areas of the business and from our business partners. ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Day-to-day management of the supply chainLiaison with suppliers, distributors and end customers to ensure orders are delivered to meet customer demandSelection, Set up and maintenance of MRP/ERP systemManagement of order process including PO’s,Forecasting, capacity planning and stock control, balanced against riskLogistics support to suppliers and customersCreate regular reports on supply line performance, and provide input to financial reporting and modelling as requiredMonitors and optimise inventory levelsOccasional overseas travel may be required KEY EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a supply chain professional is essential, ideally with experience with Asia-based supply chains.Experience within an Engineering / Manufacturing company with complex products (electronics, PCB’s, Chips etc..)Experience of setting-up and use of MRP/ERP systems is essentialUnderstanding of shipping processesProficient in the use of Microsoft Office essential APPLY NOW OR CONTACT NIALL FEARON FROM IC RESOURCES FOR DETAILS
