This is a great opportunity for you to play a highly visible and leading role driving the Technology Consulting landscape whilst working closely with multiple clients and our Data/Cloud leadership teams globally.

This position requires a strong Data/GCP technical consulting background with the ability to assist clients in defining their overall technology strategy and delivery.RESPONSIBILITIESWear multiple hats as a Director of Technology, Principal Technology Consultant and Engagement Lead working with the delivery teams in large scale complex programmesLead Data Analytics and GCP initiatives whilst produce relevant deliverablesDrive our Data Analytics and GCP offering and go-to market strategy in Western EuropeLead technology consulting, architecture engagements and major transformation through execution phases and where applicable, drive internal, client and third-party vendor mixed teamsStay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients' business and initiativesUndertake service design and continuously improve our methodology and consulting offeringEngage customer organizations at the executive / C-level, helping customers drive enterprise-wide agendaBuild and lead the team of tech consultants serving your target industriesLead relevant initiatives and producing deliverablesStay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients' business and initiativesServe as the engagement lead, working directly with client product, marketing, and/or IT teams to position the engagement for successUnderstand the intersection between technology, customers, and businessResponsible for shaping Data/GCP solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phaseUnderstand the full end-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and releaseWork closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery modelLead Practice development, driving and orchestrating transformation and product solutions, teams, strategic roadmaps, and continuous improvement/optimization programsEnsure projects are delivered within the agreed schedule and budget while ensuring qualityDeliver clear and consistent communications within projects and across stakeholders of all levelsLead meetings, design activities, review sessions and retrospectivesEstablish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolioDevelop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME's, Sales and Delivery LeadersDrive revenue within the client / account portfolio by identifying opportunities and influence / sell-in our servicesSupport sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Data and GCP opportunities, responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new dealsREQUIREMENTSIndustry visionary and avid technologist at heartExtensive technology experience in the areas of Data Analytics and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Managerial / team leadership experience in leading the Data Analytics and Cloud consulting arm of a complex businessExtensive experience developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutionsCloud data platforms, GCP, BI, data warehousing, data lakesAwareness of Cloud (GCP), Big Data, Analytics, and Data Science technologies and trendsHigh achiever with a passion for success and a history of driving large scale Sitecore transformation projectsDesire to learn & expand your comfort zone whenever a new technological trend in the relevant areas arisesConfident in expressing points-of-view, making recommendations and presenting analysis and recommendations up to board level where appropriateAble to articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients on the options they haveAbility to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your teamStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to manage client engagements under pressure to successful completionWE OFFERWe offer a range of benefits includingA competitive group pension plan, life assurance and income protectionPrivate medical insurance, private dental care and critical illness coverCycle scheme Tech scheme and season ticket loanEmployee assistance programVarious perks such as Gym discount, Friday lunch, on-site massage and regular social eventsUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsSome of these benefits may be available only after you have passed your probationary period
