I am currently working with a reputable IT Support business who are based in Bolton who require additional administration and customer service support within their IT service desk team.
The IT Administrator position will involve:
Working within the wider IT team to manage incoming calls and emailsBeing responsible for logging queries and delegating to the correct departmentBeing training on basic remedies to queries in case there is an easy solutionComing into the IT Administrator post, you must have:
Previous experience in inbound customer service, either over the phone or email responsesMust be confident in speaking on the phoneCompetent IT skills for data inputAny IT Support knowledge would be advantageous but not essentialThe are looking at 2 positions, with the ability to have people started asap.
