Service Desk Analyst - London - £150-£200 Per Day (3 Months) - Outside IR35Have you got experience in supporting trading floor environments from Service Desk side and a strong background in ITSM platforms - e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Cherwell.Does the opportunity to work in the beautiful bustling heart of London, WHILST earning at least £150 a day, appeal to you?Are you looking for a company that wants to help further your career in IT as well as provide you with an exciting, inspiring, and fun place to work?If you answered yes to the questions above, then you are just the kind of person we are looking for!The Service Desk Analyst will provide efficient and courteous L1 service desk and L2 desktop support of tier 1 customers in all aspects of end user computing. Working in a team of 4, covering shifts between 7am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, the role demands a high level of customer focus, readily picking up problem ownership and working tenaciously until the problem is resolved.Role responsibilities:Tier 1 customer desktop support and service desk operationHardware supportApplication installs, moves and changesHardware installs, moves and changes (including some weekend and out of hours work)Application and hardware upgrades and mass deploymentsService Desktop project tasks executionSupport SCCM Patching MS Deployments where and when necessaryUpdating Audit documentationService Now queuesProduct evaluations and recommendationsAssist in the development of technical standards and operating proceduresProvide assistance to Senior Support AnalystsApplication upgrades and deploymentsService Now provisioningSkills/Knowledge Required:Strong Customer/Service focusTeam player with self-motivationWell presented professional with good all round communications skillsDiligent work ethic to adhere to audit mandated processesAble to work under pressureFlexibleExperience in supporting trading floor environments from Service Desk sideKnowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office productsStrong background in ITSM platforms - e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Cherwell.
