Business Analyst (finance accounting / HR)

6 month fixed term contract

c. £60k base + 26 days holiday, 10% non-contributory pension + more

Our client is a global investment and wealth management business with a portfolio in excess of £100 billion and c. 1 million customers. As a highly established recruitment partner for IT / tech personnel we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Business and Systems Analyst to join the growing team. This role would normally be based out of Southampton. Candidates needing 100% home working post covid will be considered, although there is a possibility employees may visit Southampton 1-2 days per week post covid (to be confirmed).

Key skills

* Solid experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector

*Experience of finance accounting / HR / Workday ideally

*Solid stakeholder engagement skills

Base salary c. £60k + you will be entitled to 26 days holiday (pro rata), enrolment into the company's incentive scheme, a 10% non-contributory company pension scheme that can be boosted through personal contributions, and a cash benefits allowance.
