£60,000 - £70,000 + Autonomy + Holiday + Pension

They are now looking for someone to join the business who can help them to drive the business forward and continue to make improvements.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all Health and Safety aspects of the site. You will work with the Senior Management team on driving a health and safety culture and continual improvements to help work towards World Class Manufacturing standards.

This is the ideal role for someone with manufacturing health and safety experience looking for an autonomous role with a growing manufacturer.

THE ROLE:

*Sole responsibility for H&S on site

*Driving changes and improvement

*Establish a health and safety culture

THE PERSON:

*H&S experience in a manufacturing environment

*Background of running transformational projects

*Experience working independently
