Location:Derby Department/Practice: Job Purpose and primary objectives: MS Dyanamics CRM Consultants who need to be UK Citizen with Security Clearances Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): MS Dynamics Support, Configuration and Build and Implementation - Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it): Coordinate with customer SPOCs for reporting and overall governance - Other responsibilities - Budgets, targets, equipment etc (please specify): Key Skills/Knowledge: Desired Skills (Must Have): ? Strong Product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service ? Knowledge of Power Platform technology ? Experience of working on Dynamics 365 support and maintenance engagements. ? Experience in product Fit/Gap analysis, providing solutions based on product capabilities and new features ? Basic understanding of DevOps practices ? Knowledge about O365/M365 and D365 and Azure AD ? Excellent communication ? Experience in Stakeholder management and playing client facing roles ? Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM Data Model Knowledge of ITIL and working experience with IT Service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA Functional Consultant 1. Fit/Gap Analysis 2. Solution Design 3. Monitoring and Health Check 4. L2/L3 CRM Incident, SR support, Access Control, Work on data issues 5. Continuous improvements 6. Knowledge Management Shift left/right Technical Consultant 1. Technical Design 2. L2/L3 CRM Incident, SR support, Access Control, Work on data issues 3. Technical solution deployment 4. D365 CRM Environment Management 5. Continuous improvements 6. Knowledge Management Shift left/right Experience required: For Functional Consultant - 5-10 year experience in Microsoft Technologies with 2+ projects as Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service) For Technical Consultant - 5-10 year experience in Microsoft Technologies with 2+ Projects as Technical Consultant for MS Dynamics and Power Platform Duration of the Assignment:6 Months
