£50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Client is a global consulting firm currently in the recruitment of a Quality Assurance Manager to be based in London. Paying between c£55,000 - 70,000 basic salary (exc. bonuses, flexible benefits, choices), this will be remotely-based to begin with.
The QA Manager to help manage Quality Assurance across a cutting-edge data analytics application software release.
The successful hire will work in a software engineering focused technology team, joining our growing product development team working on the latest full-stack and end-to-end technologies for real-time data analytics for the enterprise. You will contribute to the evolution of our technology platform to solve real-world problems for real clients all over the globe.
As a QA Manager, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
*Coordinating the QA process end-to-end
*Managing stakeholders for external UAT.
*Creating and maintaining the test strategy and plan for the application
Essential skills and experience
*Develop a quality assurance process to ensure the delivery of an application to meeting the requirements of a global client base.
*Maintain and develop test strategies for the application that can be applied for patch, minor and major release cycles.
*Liaise with the technology team; product specialists and business users to ensure suitable test coverage.
*Support user acceptance testers create suitable test cases.
*Document and ensure sign off of test results to support change management processes through pre-production to production.
*Is hands-on, self-starting, a quick learner, a problem solver
*Possesses great client communication skills
*Has experience leading small teams
