M365 Modern Desktop Engineer - 6 months-Outside of IR35-£300My client is a rapidly growing Microsoft Gold Partner and are looking for a skilled M365 Modern Desktop Engineer.

Role overview: · My client are currently looking for a Microsoft Modern Desktop Engineer. This role will require you to have extensive experience of Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Server and Exchange Online, Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM&S) services, and Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory.· You will be experienced in deployment and configuration of Windows 10 operating system.· You will be able to use Configuration Manager and InTune to deploy and configure client devices including policies for managing enrolled devices and configuration of App Protection Policies for personal devices. You will be experienced in using Configuration Manager and InTune for deployment and configuration of applications.· You will be comfortable with working together with customer ICT Support teams to advise and guide on all aspects of Microsoft 365 services and the integration of these services into existing environments.· You will be comfortable with administering systems using PowerShell.· You will be able to define detailed steps for any implementation work and adhere to defined change control processes.

Key responsibilities: Working with customer ICT support teams to advise and assist with implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM&S) and other Microsoft Cloud services.Providing advice and guidance on migration to Microsoft Cloud services and ensuring that customers maximise the adoption of these services.

Skills and qualifications: 5+ years' experience working as a Desktop Engineer.Experience of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM&S) services including Azure Active Directory, InTune, Cloud App SecurityExperience with multiple Windows Operating Systems including Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, server systems such as Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.Knowledge of device management including InTune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot and WhiteGloveExperience in advanced security and compliance services such as Windows Defender, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office365.Experience of implementing and supporting Windows Virtual Desktop service in Azure.Demonstrable experience of supporting and helping customers to migrate to Microsoft365.Experience of supporting and implementing changes for Azure Active Directory including Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access policies, Self Service Password Reset.
