Wakefield Council are seeking a well-rounded IT Service Desk Analyst to join their Technology and Digital Transformation Service. This is an exciting time to join Wakefield Council. We are going through large transformational change and the Technology and Digital Transformation Service is at the heart of it.
Meeting the needs of our staff and customers is our highest priority and you'll be their first point of contact, either on the phone or via a web portal for IT related requests and issues. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to manage customer expectations, provide advice, support and resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently.
To be successful in this role you need to:
Have the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Have solid experience in an IT support role
Have exceptional Customer Service skills
Be ambitious about your own personal development
Have the ability to meet and exceed service level agreements
Be proficient in Microsoft technologies
