Project/Program ManagerI am partnering with a global business who provide Contract Development and Manufacturing services (primarily early phase Clinical trials and Sterile manufacturing) for a number of Biotech/Pharmaceuticals organisations based in Glasgow. We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to join the team to be based in Glasgow. As Project/Program Manager, you will have responsibility for the management of multiple cross functional projects, driven according to timelines and revenue milestones to support client and business needs.Each Project/Program Manager is responsible for assigned client projects, developing the clear project management plan at the outset and managing this through the project life cycle.Responsibilities:Management of multi-service projects as allocated by Manager of Program Management, ensuring a consistent approach by using approved templates and process flowsManage a full portfolio of projectsDevelop clear project management plan for projectsUtilise Planisware to generate Gantt timelines for projectsDefine project timelines and milestones to project teamWork with department leads to ensure optimal capacity and project planningIdentifies, monitors and controls project risks, along with the mitigation plans in collaboration with the project teamFacilitates client project meetings throughout project lifecycle, ensuring communication lines are clearly defined using Communication Plan and Contact MatrixActs as the primary liaison between the project team and clientRequirements:Qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in a science related disciplineProject Management Certification; PRINCE 2, PMP or equivalent is desirable, with working knowledge of proven methodologies and principles-Previous proven experience in a project management roleScientific or GMP manufacturing background would be advantageousIdeally knowledge of managing a CRM system, e,g, OracleCommercial acumen and ability to tracks costs/budgets/financial reporting related to the projectCustomer related experience and client facing skillsIf this Project/Program Manager opportunity in Glasgow looks to be an exciting step in your Pharmaceuticals career, please get in touch as soon as possible!
