ServiceNow User Consultant

Contract 6 months, chance of moving to perm

Our client is a global engineering organisation with HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark and UK offices in London and Southampton. A need has arisen for an individual with an intimate 'user' knowledge of take ownership from a user knowledge perspective as ServiceNow is rolled out to employees working within finance and HR related roles. Other departmental users will follow later.

Key duties:

User skills transfer / support of ServiceNow users during implementation

Deal with ADD requests into ServiceNow

ServiceNow form creation

Manage sprint process for ServiceNow Developers

Engage with business users

Ownership of ServiceNow from a business perspective

Our client has been using ServiceNow for c. 8 years predominately within IT but rolling out to other departments globally. 17000 user base.

Key Skills / Environment:

In depth USER knowledge / experience of ServiceNow

Project management

Business analysis

This role may suit an individual that has held the following roles: ServiceNow Coordinator, ServiceNow SME.

This is an initial six month contract and will be work from home, however you may be expected to spend some time in Southampton for f2f meetings. There will be a permanent role available at some point however the preferred location for a permanent role holder will be Copenhagen. Hence the client is looking to recruit on a UK based candidate for an initial six months' work from home.
