The SAP Functional Analyst Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our SAP Team in Bradford. Reporting to the SAP Support Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support as well as working on enhancement and projects with other members of the SAP team.
Key Responsibilities: + To design, test, document and implement changes and enhancements to support the continuous improvement of our SAP ERP system in the areas of SD/MM.
+ To design, test, document and implement changes and enhancements to support the continuous improvement of our SAP ERP system in the areas of Order to cash process.
+ To manage problems by analysing recurring incidents and configuring and implementing solutions to eliminate or minimise them.
+ To prepare for and run Workshops independently for users at different levels to support the above.
+ To be involved in SAP projects.
+ Create training material and provide training to end users. What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will have knowledge in one or more of the following areas :- Order to Cash, Sales and Distribution or Materials Management. They will have the ability to relate business processes to SAP concepts and grasp technical training provided in that area to successfully perform the role. They will be able to assist with writing a functional spec at a level that can be understood by both technical and business users and to prepare training and workshop documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in formal settings such as training & workshops and in regular interaction with business users and be able to document new solutions and keep existing solution documentation updated for changes. They will have a consistent approach to working methods and attention to detail to ensure no ambiguity. Ideally you will have experience as an analyst for primarily the SAP SD and MM modules, but will also be comfortable diversifying into other modules in absence of other team members. As a member of the team you will be pivotal in delivering a number of key projects, as well as being on hand for technical support. What we offer in return: + 33 days holiday
