Do you have a background or knowledge of Electroplating looking to come on board in a role where you will spearhead new product introduction and lead on troubleshooting across the shop floor?

Are you looking to gain a leadership role where the organisation can offer training while giving you full autonomy to positively impact the processing techniques and drive improvements from shop floor to product completion?

The company are a specialist within the surface treatment industry supplying their services across a range of industries. They have multiple sites across the South West alongside a fantastic reputation for quality across their growing customer base.

The role would suit someone looking for the next step into a leadership role. Day to day you will be able to communicate across the shop floor while also driving improvements. Skills wise, any knowledge of Electroplating will be beneficial alongside Manufacturing knowledge in Aerospace, Automotive or similar sector.

All in all, this is a unique opportunity to join a multi-site business where you will significantly develop your skills while spearheading process improvement from concept through to completion.

THE ROLE:

*Lead problem solving and troubleshooting across shop floor.

*Design and introduction of new products.

*Minimize rejects from upfront development.

*Drive improvements while listening to the shop floor ideas.

*Role predominantly based in Exeter.

THE PERSON:

*Any Electroplating background will be beneficial.

*Aerospace, Automotive, or similar industry background.
