£100,000 - £115,000 plus benefits
You will be joining an international Insurance company, with operations in the UK, US and Bermuda. They are a growing organisation, who have recently added a new line of business to their well-established and successful existing group.
The role:
Joining a small team, you will report directly into the General Counsel and will have a broad remit, covering both UK and international business entities. Your responsibilities will include:
* General commercial and corporate activities
* Some compliance and regulatory support (inc. Data protection and FCA/PRA compliance)
* Insurance/Reinsurance transactions
* Advice and support on policy wordings and coverage
* Support and guidance to the claims department
Desired skills:
UK Qualified Lawyer, minimum 2/3 years PQE (no upper limit on PQE)
Must have experience in the Insurance market, either in Private Practice or in an in-house position (some in-house experience is preferred.
