Job title: Mac Support Engineer Location: London Job type: 6 Month Rolling Contract Day rate: £180-£250 (Inside IR35) Industry: MSP A renown MSP is currently recruiting candidates to join their Mac support engineering team. They are looking for driven individuals to join their rapidly growing London team to help them proactively enhance their clients' experience dealing with the relevant IOS technologies. Responsibilities and DutiesDealing with all relevant tickets, attempting to resolve the issue where possible or escalating for additional supportProviding customer support through phones and emails.Taking part in all scheduled training in order to further develop core skills such as: networking, desktop support and operating systemsDealing with the deployment of software/hardware at customers officesTroubleshooting hardware/software issuesHelping customer to develop a more in-depth understanding of hardware/software  Skills:Significant working experience with Mac environmentStrong understanding of Google’s G SuiteStrong knowledge of networking and firewallsPrevious experiences in troubleshooting with Windows productsProven track record of being self-motivatedGreat communication and interpersonal skillsA full UK drivers licence - With no previous driving convictions  If this role sound like a good fit for yourself, and you think you would thoroughly enjoy working as a Mac support engineer in a fast paced and lively environment, as part of a highly successful support team please apply within.
