Recruitment Consultant

Farnborough, Orpington

£22,000 - £25,000 Basic + Up to 40% Uncapped Commission (£50k - £60k 1st Year OTE) +

Subsidised Gym / Fitness + Regular Incentives + Continuous Recruitment Training + Results Based

Future Engineering is looking for experienced 360 recruitment consultants who are hungry to progress their career and join an established and growing company in the engineering sector. We are focused on growing our team in 2021 and are looking for ambitious recruiters who want to maximise their earnings whilst having the opportunity to progress their careers up to management and directorship level.

We are well recognised in the engineering industry and pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide to our clients. We work in a results driven environment and are looking for additional recruitment consultants to join our productive and progressive company. We offer regular incentives based on performance and are looking for experienced recruiters who want to earn 40% commission paychecks.
