Staff booking Team Leader A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary staff booking team leader to join an NHS organisation in London. Using your expertise you will be contributing to the provision of an efficient and professional temporary staffing service. Description:In joining the people & culture department as a staff booking team leader, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day line management of the trusts temporary staffing team.You will be tasked with leading compliance through to statutory and mandatory training.Assisting with specific projects in Trust Bank, from planning to implementation.Handling recruitment, compliance checks, managing data and reports, staff requests, processing invoices along with weekly payroll activities.Liaising with agencies ensuring a high quality service is provided.Representing the Temporary staffing manager at internal and external meetings.Managing a group of up to 6 staff, previous experience in this would be beneficial.It is essential you have Healthroster, ESR & NHS experience!NHS Trac job experience is desirable.
